Help me pls!!I can't backup sms by SP Studio...so anyone...?

At first, I could use SP Studio already to backup sms... But now I can't use it anymore, I can only backup contact. Now my phone get stuck and I want to do hard reset.... I already go to one of this forum by registry and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER and go to software and Mocrosoft and MAPI, after I click Values..... I see nothing.. How can I do? Just help me anyway to backup my sms? Thankz
