car charger for spv e200

has anyone else had any problems with the car charger that u can buy for the spv e200 i am on my 3rd charger fortunately retained receipt for original , and although it looks like its charging it is not orange have suggested it may be a bad batch and try an different shop , also does teh electric charger that coems with the phone have a fuse in it anywhere as mine ahs been working great since getting phone in february but now nothin gat all out of it so only way i can charge phone at momen tis through pc which is not ideal all teh time any help would be greatly appreciated
