Free Microsoft Smartphone 2002 Theme Editor

Can you use this to create .hme files for Smartphone 2003 on E200? I know on the download page it says 2002 only. However seems to me that all the Windows Default themes for sale for E200 on Handango are created using the 2002 theme editor.

Yep it works with Smartphone 2003, but doesn't send the .hme to the phone for you, it gives an error, so you just have to put the output .hme file in StorageWindowsStart Menu on the phone via activesynce and run it from there :)

Damn.. This download is for Windows Mobile-based 2002 Smartphone only (not 2003).
