Guest rjm_27 Posted June 2, 2004 Report Posted June 2, 2004 If you have a wireless network at home is it possible to use your SmartPhone (ex MPx200) to use your home wireless network to get onto the Internet? Just wondering. :)
Guest Vector Posted June 2, 2004 Report Posted June 2, 2004 Yo ucan buy wifi sd cards for the phones but they will not work as of yet because of a lack of drivers, so the answer is no :)
Guest rjm_27 Posted June 2, 2004 Report Posted June 2, 2004 GRRRR!!!! Oh well....it was worth a shot!!
Guest mischievous Posted June 2, 2004 Report Posted June 2, 2004 Sandisk announced 256MB WiFi SD cards, for cellphones, etc for $129 retail, expected to be in stores soon. I'd check their website periodically, and see if they offer driver support.
Guest Dazism Posted June 2, 2004 Report Posted June 2, 2004 http://mobile-review.com/news.php?year=200...=25&language=en - 3rd down. Will work with WM2003
Guest squall Posted June 2, 2004 Report Posted June 2, 2004 This DOES not mean it will work with smartphone. WM2003 exists for pocket pc's as well as smartphones. Its worth emailing them to check but chances are it wont work :S My advice: dont order without checking!
