SAP: screen stays "all white" instead of going to

Greetings.

My SAP hanged. I removed the battery to shut it off since it won't respond to any buttons anymore.

After this, it stays at the i-Mate (blue background) screen upon power-on.

I reviewed some messages here and tried doing the hard reset procedure but it stays in an "all white" screen after pressing the action button.

I'd be glad for your valuable assistance/inputs.

Normally this problem is caused by the dummy plastic card that is used as packaging protector when the phone is first sold.

You need to have a normal storage card in the phone.
