hello everyone

am a novice with a smartphone (orange spve200); can anyone tell me how to copy contacts from my old sim card onto the phone's memory? There is meant to be a programme called ContactWiz which will use infrared to transfer data from old phone (in this case a T68i) to the new phone; but cannot access it, cannot manually transfer sim card data onto the main phone memory.

use the orange update (run it using passthru connection - phone on cradle data connection for gprs set to automatic).
