Can't hard reset qtek 7070

Hi

I have a problem whith doing hard reset to my qtek 7070. When i press and hold record and power button, i have "Press any key to enter...", so i press Action button and it goes to Canary MV screen. I cant get into the Canary DIAG screen. Why? I have ROM 1.6.1.10

i did everythig right but it won't enter Canary DIAG. It doesn't matter what i press on "Press any key..." screen because it always enter Canary MV screen.

Make sure you have an SD Card in the phone and when you see the white

screen saying "Press any key..", press and hold the action button(Joystick) for 2 seconds...

when it say 'press any key' then you have to press and hold action key :wink:

Just press and hold action quickly, i had the exact same problem. It worked for me when I pressed it directly when the screen came

... or if you don't have SDC/MMC, try to remove the dummy plastic card in the slot...

If you have the dummy packaging card in the phone, if you try to do

a hard reset you will see a white display only and nothing after.

Normally when you see the white screen it's time to release the action button. Then you will see the bootloader options.
