The battery on my phone seems to be really bad, it will loose life really quickly even after a full nights charge!

Does anyone else find this is there any thing i can do to prolong its life?

I already have the updated version of software available on the net! :?: :?

How long is your battery life lasting?

E200's tend to last fr up to 3 days at the max :)

Well, a typical example would be a full charge over night would be on 90% by 11am if i took it off charge at 8 am then depletes rapidly over the course of the day with general usage! i dread to think how long i could listen to music on it ( couple of hours maybe? ) or even watch a video etc.

What do you think?

What i need is for someone with one to give me there opinion on its battery life?!?!

Could be that i have a faulty one, or that they just don't have a good battery life as standard, however my girlfriend also has one and she is unimpressed with the life too!

The E200 doesn't have a very good Battery life in general for everyone...it's not just you :)

Have you got any programs running in the background?

hi and welcome to the site

I have found the battery on the E200 is rubbish if you have the SD card in

the settings i foud best are not to have bluetooth on and if your not using the sd card, take the sd card out of the phone,

you could also try this to monitor how the battery is doing

as a rule of thumb, with the sd card in you get 30 minuites per percent of battery, without you should get atleast 45 mins, my record is 1 hour 28 mins. my average over 3 days was 29.11235955 mins/% :)

I tend to use Mr Magoo's SD card switcher which turns the SD card off.

I then have a shortcut to this app when I need to use the card again.

From the tests that I have done it seems to save the most battery life if I place a shortcut of SD Switcher in my startup Folder :)

Good luck
