Hi have bought a Motorola mpx200 of ebay about 9 months ago and I have just got news tha the seller has stoped paying the bills so please help me. I can't get in touch with the seller so if you could tell me,If I got hold of a imei changer would it work. Please help asap

Changing the IMEI is highly illegal and you will end up inside. Normally the phone company will block his account (i.e. his SIM), not the phone. You are okay unless you have his sim. I would make sure that you keep a paper & electronic copy of the auction and payment so you can prove that you bought the phone if the IMEI gets blocked
