cannot explore the phone on activesync-e200

i have an spv-e200,i have installed activesync on my pc and the phone syncs ok, but i cannot get the pc to explore the phone via the usb cable.

therefore i cannot install or change anything...

any ideas

Try to reboot your pc and check firewall

if you are able to open the window but the icon's not there then close all other explorer windows that are open and try again, if that doesn't work then just reboot pc and disable any firewalls as kjk said :)
