Help me broken phone

My phone is broken (spv e200) it does not switch on at all, will I be able to get a replacement free of charge from orange?

Try taking the battery out for an hour or so, and then putting it on charge, then try turning it on...

As long as you have a contract with Orange and also bought the phone from them and not secondhand then you should be able to get a replacement.

thanks for the info. Been in touch with orange and I now have a new phone and battery. I only phoned them yesterday (Monday) Not a bad service at all.
