STK Application

Hi!

My STK Application in my SmartPhone 2002 does not work anymore. Can I reinstall it? If so, where can I find the application for it?

I need your expertise on this.

As far as I know this application is on the ROM so the only way to repair it would be to do a hard reset :?

How can I do the hard reset? Is there a drawback for this? Would a hard reset improve the performance of my smart phone?

What's the best way to backup all my data and how?

First off which phone do you have? for information on a

hard reset for your phone click on the highlighted words.

As for backing up your information there is an app called Sprite Backup that should do what you need, Personally I would save my contacts in Outlook wipe the phone and reinstall everything again. Reason for this is you do not know what caused your initial problem.
