hard reset or just a good kick??

Hello all

I had my spv e200 on connected on PC and then seem to crash (no response for about 5 mins)

I removed the battery

Now the phone loads past the sun set screen goes to the Windows mobile screen then stops

I have left it at this screen for 15mins with no progress

I have removed bat for 20 mins plus still nothing

Is there anything i can do??? will a hard rest be needed???

ok hard reset in process

turns on power and hold down the camera button

phone loads the bootloader (v1.06 doc)

then goes to the funny coloured screen with smartphone and serial at the bottom then nothing from there am i missing something out????
