hard reset links wont work?

i hav an e100. i wanna do a hard reset but i dunt remember how to. so i did do a search n so many articles jus says "hard reset, just click on it :wink: ", but for some reason i dunt tink da link works for me or maybe im jus dumb n dunno how to find da freakin instructions. sorry for bein frustrated, but can someone post da address (NOT DA LINK) on how to do a hard reset on an spv e100?? thanx a lot

sorry about that, but to let you know, I'm not the only one who does that. I'm pinoy but i havent lived in pinas for a while and there are some here that does speak slang and I dont understand. i still try to understand it. well my point is, i hope im not the only one whos gettin yelled at for using slang.

Don't worry, cybertranz, you're not the only one to get told off.

The point is that if you need help you need to write so that everyone can understand your problem.

Personally I've had help from members from the Phillipines, Norway, Denmark, USA etc as well as the UK. Even from people in Wales ! :wink:
