When I pressed start, why the up right have some symbol like

When I pressed start, why the up right have some symbol like a person with phone like this... THankz

This is the icon that shows that you have a Caller ID program running... :D

But why when I hard reset it,,,, and I used the program from the phone itself.... why didn't it show? and how can I delete this icon? Thankz a lot....
