Guest kiddybaggie Posted June 9, 2004 Report Posted June 9, 2004 When I got the E200 last december took up the free 3 months insurance with these guys and am now paying the 4.99 per month. Have a couple of faults with my E200 mainly joystick issues. Anyone replaced there E200 with these guys, will it be any additional hassle than it is with Orange Care?
Guest foxy11 Posted June 11, 2004 Report Posted June 11, 2004 i was about to ask the same question, my keypad is playing up, screen is a little scratched, and the rubber seal on the external aerial keeps falling in, was hoping (since they didnt inform me they were passing my CC details onto a 3rd party), that my unwanted insurance would replace it.
Guest foxy11 Posted June 19, 2004 Report Posted June 19, 2004 they told me my problems were covered in the manufacturers warrenty and passed me on to another company, TRS or something. Gonna contact HTC instead.
Guest ffr3ality Posted June 20, 2004 Report Posted June 20, 2004 bought my fone from there m8, wat aloud of crap, stick with orange care, replaced my fone 5 times till now with them they will do anything. Also try and get a differant fone e200s suck with problems lol onestop wont do sticking issues or many others... because apparantly its a moisture fault and that isnt covered, its crap i tried and they say its void. my advice is to get rid of ure onestop insurance :D
Guest keifster Posted June 22, 2004 Report Posted June 22, 2004 Got my phone from 1stop too. After 3 months or so, the phone stopped charging and I ended up sending it to TRS. Got a "new unit" back about 3 weeks later (appears that the casing is the same though). Apparently my original phone went back to the manufacturers which is why it took so long.
Guest kiddybaggie Posted June 23, 2004 Report Posted June 23, 2004 did you get a replacement phone in the interim or have to use an old one of your own?
Guest ffr3ality Posted June 28, 2004 Report Posted June 28, 2004 had to use an old one, bastards! lol
