Maps for Microsoft's Pocket Streets not on MSFT website??

Does anyone know how to get maps for areas that are not already in Microsoft's map download section for Pocket Streets for Smartphone??

Get MS Streets & Trips. There's an option to let you export any chunk of the US map that you'd like and it costs the whole of $20 to $30.
