MSDN Event: Introduction to Windows Mobile development

As a starter to MoDaCo helping develop a Developer community, i'd like to inform any developers out there of an MSDN evening event for those interested in developing for mobile devices.

The blurb:

23rd June – 6.30pm – 9.00pm, Microsoft House, London

This session covers an introduction to managed code application development for Windows Mobile.  During the evening we will look at the use of .Net Compact Framework V1 for the building of Smart Client applications on Windows Mobile devices.

The only prerequisite is that you are a developer and interested in creating apps for Mobile Devices, full details can be found HERE

Has anyone been to one of these events before? Interested in going if it would be worth it.

for developers i think it would be worth while, if for nothing else than to guide ms in to what you would like to see in future events.
