orange care question.....

Hi,

I've got a few niggling faults with the phone, like soemtimes when ive had my phone in my bag, i'd go to use i find its turned itself off?! and the left soft key has to be pressed really hard for it to work.....Ive got one more month left on my orange care policy and not sure whether its worth me claiming if there just gonna send it off for ages and try and repair it (which they most likely wont be able to!). I'd just want tyo have a relacement really!

Whats the latest time into your orange care policy that you've claimed or asked for a replacement? and what was wrong when you replaced it?

My advice would be who cares if you've just got one month left. Orange no longer offer a no claim bonus and if you pay for it try and get a replacement handset. They send out a courier within 24 hours with a new handset (you keep your battery and SIM card AND REMEMBER TO TAKE OUT ANY SD CARDS!)

I have just called Orange Care about my own SPV which has a knackered screen. They are sending out a replacement handset but does anyone know if they will send out a SPV or E100 or E200?

They will probably send you a SPV, they did me about 3 weeks ago when mine was faulty

What they send out depends on stock levels at the time.

Yep just received an SPV, shame I was looking forward to either a E100 or E200
