three colors are always in my faceb

I did the hard reset and the phone said passed but when I go back to exit the diagnostics and restart the phone the three colors shown again. so plz help me

Press and hold the power button to reboot

otherwise you could just remove the battery for 30 seconds.

Failing that another hard reset may ba called for, if this does

not cure the problem you may need to rerun the update for your phone.

(I presume you have an SPCE100?
