Motorola MPX 200 Problem reading contacts

Hey I had installed doom on my mpx 200 and then one day when I was playing it froze and restarted and popped up with the meassage "Unable to read contact data Error code F0009859" and now I cant view contacts, the outside lcd doesn't work and I cant change ringtones or profiles? Do you the file I need or anyway to help me thanks

You have an unusual but not unknown problem, unfortunately

your registry has been corrupted and the only cure is to do a

Hard Reset :D

Remember thiss will wipe all data from your phone so contacts will need resyncing and app will need to be reinstalled.

So, how do you do a hard reset ? The guide doesn't say how and I can't figure it out.
