HELP SO CONFUSED HELP PLEASE I BEG!!!!@!#!@%#

ok i got a a regular spv yesturday (not e100 or e200)

now i know the phone was rom updated once a year ago so my phone is kinda slow i guess rom updating could help i live in israel and my phone is unlocked now please help me do this ok:

im a complete noob i dont now what a bootloader is or how to use it what to do with spvunlock nothing so i need some questions answered

1.how do i check current rom

2. if my phone is currently network and aplication unlocket does it stay unlocked after update

3.what is the best rom update for me something to update the phone but wont make it to hard to unlock network and apllication after update if needed

4.how do i do the rom update please be spicific right everything i need to know i need to do this and i dont want to screw up my phone so i really need your guys help to make the instruction understandable

5.if i need to unlock app and network after update how do i do that what programs do i need what is a bootloader i know nothing so again please!!

be as understandble and spicific as you can.

i hope if you aswer all this i will be able to update so PLEASE agian make it simple and try to help me sorry for all the questions but i really need to do this

If you have just bought the phone and it seems slow then the first thing to do is a hard reset. Make sure sure the battery is not too low before starting the hard reset and be aware that the phone takes a longer to boot up first time. This should clear out the phone and restore it to its original state.

The ROM version can be found Settings About.

and btw the phone was hard reseted before i got it

Wow that is an old ROM :D

You can upgrade to the 1.6 Orange update which will enable

msn messenger to work on your phone again.

If you use the Orange rom you will need to decert it to use unsigned

applications, which can be done by clicking on OTA.
