skins for wmp/optimal encoding

I am new to smartphones. Have SPV E100. Can anyone tel me where I can find the extended version of the wmp skin (with 176x132 instead of 160x120)

Also can anyone give me the optimal encoding settings ? I work in TV and can encode wmv files directly off my edit system.

try Randy Nivales' Mac OS X HS... it also has WMP skin that's much bigger thatn the default wmp skin... not quite sure though the actual screen size... :D
