I have just got e200 from my brother (he had a free upgrade as well as an orange care replacement) and I can't setup the email on it. My sim has came out of my SPV classic which was working fine with email (setup as POP for tiscali), but on the e200, I can't find the Email wizard (apparrently pulled from newer builds?) and going into inbox->options->account setup->Activesync does nothing. :roll: I also tried going to the Orange setup site but the E200 is not listed, plus orange updated does'nt have the Email wizard. Am I missing anything obvious here or does the phone have a problem? Any help/ response would be greatly accepted Looking forward to becoming an active forum member Kris
Guest Disco Stu Posted June 11, 2004 Report Posted June 11, 2004 Bodged it myself last night :wink: The email wizard was ditched after they wrote the manual :evil: Try the inbox->options->account setup->menu- >new route first and attempt to get the settings via the internet. Didn't work for me do but try it first. Then go back to the Orange Setup service and choose E100 as your phone. I now have my email working :D Let us know if this works.
