BIG BIG problems with the screen changer program

I installed the screen changer program and was playing around but now when i click on the program or the contact buttons the screen is just blue and has nothing listed on it... i thought about the home screen restore cab to restore the default screens but i cannot get to it as the programs screen is just blue........

is their anything i can do before i do a hard reset??? ( i cant even write down my contact list as that screen is also just blue
