Any Voyager update fix unwanted answer with key lock ?

Any of the Voyager updates out there fix the problem where my phone will have the key lock on but will still be able to be answered by pressing in the joystick? This has again caused me a few MORE problems where the phone has been answered unknown to me while it was in my horizontal pouch. :evil: :D ](*,)
