Guest sdssls Posted June 13, 2004 Report Posted June 13, 2004 Hi, I am from Singapore and bought mio8390 from ebay. Now my ISP (SINGTEL) does not have the configuration for my phone for GPRS. All they given me is the IP:address of 165.021.042.084 and port 9201. I have copy the same configuration of the Motorola MPX200, but still cannot connect. Can someone lend me a helping hand on this issue. Thanks in advance. Guest the bishop Posted June 14, 2004 Report Posted June 14, 2004 i'd try 165.021.042.084:9201 first ... ? then perhaps if that doesn't work, try it w/o the port on there ...

Guest sdssls Posted June 14, 2004 Report Posted June 14, 2004 Hi Martin and Bishop, I try 165.021.042.084:9201 and 165.021.042.084, but none work. I called Singtel, but they say there is no need for MMS activation. Its calculated as per MB download basis and only handphone GPRS setup is enough. Also wondering why I dont see the entry for WAP port option in my mio8390? It is supposed to be there?
