Is there a program to control/view my e200 from the pc?

hi, i was wondering if there was a program made for windows that lets me view/regedit/send&rec messages/speak that kind of thing, on an e200.

Pocket Controller is also very good, and lets you view/control your phone from the pc and has a task manager and file explorer built in :D

But it isn't freeware lke activesync remote display :D
