How do I install and run most of these games, there are a lot of different file types and I don't know what they do

SPVman says to copy the exe to my storage card and create a shortcut, but I don't have a storage card?

Do you have your phone connected using ActiveSync?

Open up explorer and copy to either:

IPSMProgram FilesSPVMan

or if you have a storage card:

Storage CardProgram FilesSPVMan

Then create a shortcut (copy, then paste shortcut) in:

IPSMWindowsStart Menu

It's advisable that you get a storage card as you will find your phone filling up in no time at all otherwise.

Doesn't every mpx200 come with a 16mb storage card?

woo hoo awesome, now another question is there any way to turn the sound off, also what do I do with other games that have only a .001 and a .xml file?

That will be a .cab file :D Copy the original (and unzipped) file to the phone and then activate it using Smartexplorer. It will both unzip the files and install the application.

See our FAQ section of some more info on installing programs and files (look for topic called first 48 hours) :D

If you don't have SmartExplorer and want to install a CAB file, copy the CAB to:

IPSMWindowsStart Menu

Then run it using the standard programs launcher. Once the installation completes it will delete itself.

Very nice, thanks for the link :D

Only thing I can't find in there is how to do a .exe and a .wad (doom)

For an exe just copy it to the phone and then create a shortcut to it in the Start Menu folder, as for the wad files for doom, just put them in the same directory as the doom.exe file :D
