E200, deleted my menu. Can anyone help

Hi everyone while trying to tidy up and re-arrange my start menu I deleted all the Orange supplied shortcuts like Inbox, Calendar, Activesync etc.

I have tried to recreate these but it looks like some of them have special command line parameters, can anyone zip up the contents of their StorageWindowsStart Menu folder from a standard Orange E200 please

Here's mine. Delete the Programs menu, because that's one created by me.

I had to zip it up otherwise I couldn't attach it.
