How does this patch react once you click on it?

I selected it twice and never saw any reaction on my phone including not sending a message like the instructions said. So did it install or what?

You have to use File Explorer and highlight the file then hit OK and it will "Run" the file and install it.

You will then get an email that gives you verification...
