My poor little buttons!!

I have a number of buttons on my SPV E200 that have become chipped so some of the number/letters now merge into one another.

Is it even possible to open the hand set up to replace these?

is there anywhere i can get replacements and if so where

You can buy dummy phones from ebay otherwise you could try going into a local Orange shop and asking if they have any spare display models they do not want.
