orange admits to probs with mpx200 startups

Hi guys, first time in this forum, you can usually find me on the pages of pcadvisor, anyway, my problem lies herein, I bought my first spv about 18 months ago, all fine no probs, but then the sexy mpx200 came out and i upgraded, 3 months down the line to the day my mpx has failed a total of 3 times with the same fault. Power on, hello moto welcome screen comes and hey presto, that's it!!! The phone will not boot up or advance past the welcome screen, even after a hard reset. This time round the phone is being sent to motorola instead of orange simply replacing it as they had done in the past twice before. Orange said that it is a problem recognised by motorola and that there were many complaints coming in. What i want to know is, has this happened to you, what was the outcome, or am i being fleeced by another money hungry corp. :evil:

in the mpx section of the site there has been complaints of theis happening but reports of it have died down in recent months. I have had my mpx200 since November and if you look at some of my pictures in that section you can see what

sort of abuse I put my phones through to test them and trouble shoot for people :lol:

It's still one of the best phones I have had :D/

PS PCAdviser? good mag used to subscribe to that :D
