How to save a link using IE

I know that this is a question asked to many times but is their any way that while you browsing the internet and you see a cool wav or mp3 file to download it to your smartphone (qtec 8080)?

the only way i can think of is to save the page as favorites and then go onto the page and find the wav etc there, there isnt a way to directly save a link thats embedded in a page.

You can log on to www.airfagev.com ... look for freeware download for Plug-in. There is a plug-in for PIE Download.
