SPV E100 no sound help needed please

I don’t know what’s happen but I cart hear no voice when I try or receive a phone call, I checked my profiles and it’s on headset with a tick next to Headset I try to change it to loud or something else but it wont change what have I done?, I have even reinstalled the 1.6 update still its on, I can use my headset which I got with the phone and I can then hear voices during calls and listen to my mp3, but I what to use my spv like before with out the need of a headset.

I would most grateful if you know how to sort this problem out guys

try plugging your headset in and out a couple of times hopefully that will clear it.

This is similar to the known hardware fault with the SPV,

fortunately this in not very common on the E100 and will not

reoccur for you.
