E200 Copying Contacts from Old SIM/Old Phone

I upgraded my T610 to an E200 and cannot transfer my contacts across. The old SIM is dead and the new one in the SPV. I have tried BT and Infrared (which just sends one contact across! when I press 'send all' in the T610). BT fails even though it finds the 'smartphone'. Couldn't find then downloaded the ContactWiz from Orange Update, but this times out half way through the transfer process!!!.

There seems to only be a way of copying one contact at a time from the old SIM if I put it in the SPV, and I have too many contacts to just copy them all from the old phone to the new SIM.

Also tried Synching the T610 with Outlook via laptop to transfer them across, but NO joy in finding the T610 with my laptop.... ActiveSynch with the E200 works fine tho'....

Any thoughts?
