New Features: > Some small fixes and updates. > Fixed zoom bug on smartphones. > Auto-save and auto-load of options I focused for a long time on creating a new free program for .NET Compact Framework (such as Windows Mobile 2003 or later) devices and PCs and later. This program is intended for image editing. It's source is also available and any developper could help! Some of its function are (all that are contained are working): > Point-and-click painting with colors and sizes and different movement behaviours. On PCs or Pocket PCs, you can click to move and paint. > Effects (Negative Colors, Black & White, Lightness). > File functions. Mini file browser included. Opening File supported. Saving File supported (.bmp). New Image supported. Importing image into current image supported. > Image Editing (Flipping, Resize, Paper Size). > Drawing (Line, Rectangle, Polygon, Text, Ellipse). > Undo (one level). > Making Selections: Select a region and edit it. Also supported are Copy, Paste and Fill (fill is not exactly the usual one. this function replaces pixels with the same color in the selected region with another color). > Comprehensive cursor-based GUI. > Zoom. > Advanced Cursor movement (normal, accelerated and "paint when move"). Also, 4 cursor styles. In addition, Pocket Image Editor is also intended to help developpers for SmartPhone. It contains useful windows you could use in your application such as File Explorer, Color Picker, File Save, Get Points, Input Dialog, Save Image to BMP file, Image Editing Functions etc. It can also be called by a program as a modal dialog box to return an image. Requirements: One of the following platforms supporting Microsoft's .NET Compact Framework: > Windows Mobile 2003 or later (Smartphones and Pocket PCs) > PCs with Windows. Guest Kingherc Posted June 24, 2004 Report Posted June 24, 2004 Thx every1! Really like your comments. Unfortunately, I don't know how to make a 2002 windows mobile version. This program is based on .net compact framework which doesn't exists on 2002 models but on 2003 alone.

Guest NIGHTMARE Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 This program does rock, it would be cool if you could add more effects, mainly for playing with photo's, i am guessing this is the main use of this program, you cant really make a good poic from scratch on a smartphone, the the application is great tho.
Guest Kingherc Posted November 9, 2004 Report Posted November 9, 2004 Yes I believe this program is useful too. I'll try in the feature to add more effects but not right now. I'm thinking of something like effects you can find on other mobiles, like putting the image behind prison bars etc.
