its from a reliable source so i know its real, i've had phones from them in hte past (very early releases of phones not even on the market yet like the motorola e398)

they also have the mpx (mpx300)

It depends if you want to be one of the first to own it? for

the sake of a few months is a few hundred dollars really worth it?

Remember the rom you get with the phone will probably not be a final release either so there may be problems with that as well.

$800 on a mobile phone? U.S. Dollars?

I can't imagine why any phone would be worth that much to anyone- especially a pre-release one.

well i used to sell the motorola v600's for over $800 about 4 months before release

got alot of sales too.

so the value of a phone depends on the market and the buyers

As the phone has not been officially released yet by motorola I would be

very surprised if the phone had any form of warranty as it would not be sold from an official outlet. In other words I would seriously question legality of the guys sources.

and, from what i heard, the current versions of the mpx220 have small ram and even the wrong processors in em, so the current mpx220 isnt anywhere near as good as the final version.

I think you could probably make money on the MPX if you bought it for $900; there are some nutters on ebay, but I wouldnt touch the MPX220 for such a high price.
