I have some wav files that will not play on my smartphone also some vedio file.

Is there a link where i can download the codecs that i need to play thies files

If you are refering to wav files for ringtones then they need to be in the following format, PCM 22,050 Hz, 8 Bit, Mono you can use Windows Sound Recorder can convert to this.

As for video files what format are they? if they are avi or mpg files you can use players like BetaTester or PocketMVP
