Memory Low

My SPV says its memory is low, i cannot send texts or delete files via the PC. Because it says "Memory Full", is there way around this? :D

this tends to happen when you install things to the phone instead of the sd card, or have to many ringtones.

Options:

1. uninstall as much as you can and reinstall on sd card

2. click on the words hard reset, this will clear your phone to a new state. back up every thing you want to keep before doing this
