What makes a better Inbox?

Those nice guys at MS are asking for input from the Smartphone user community on what we'd like to see happen to the Inbox.

He already lists RSS/ATOM (cool) and support for HTML mail (Hotmail/GMAIL). Mentions providing developer support (.Net API).

Thought some of you might have some thoughts to share.

:D yes the inbox needs sorting!!

i've always found it strange being able to view graphic on p.i.e but not in emails (inbox OR via internet)!!
