For weeks I was syncing with Exchange 2003 over the air and it worked great. A couple of days ago I did hard reset on the phone because it had taken a beating lately and had tons of orphaned stuff sitting around, and since then sync doesn't work correctly, if at all. If I sync with the desktop, all my mail, calendar and contact items are fine but if I sync over the air, maybe one or two contacts come over, no calendar items and some mail. It connects ok, goes through the motions and I don't see any errors on the phone or the server so I'm not sure what to do at this point. Ideas are welcome.
