SMS and Voice Notes Problem

I met the two problems on my 8390:

1. I cannot use the voice notes. After selecting it, I press the "Record" softkey. It showed one message like "Please press Record to start or Stop recoding". Then I select the "Record" but no response.

2. I send SMS message out. But the receiver only received the signal but not the contents. Don't know is it a service provider problem or phone problem.

Have anyone met the problem before.

About item1 that you cannot use the voice notes, maybe there is wrong with the phone's memory allocation.

Power down and power on again, and it will ok.

Note: You must insure that there is enough room in the phone, you can check start/setting/about/available memory to see it.
