Does such an emulator exist? Thank You! StenniS (the online emu from Orange developers isnt working for me)
Guest maxh2003 Posted June 29, 2004 Report Posted June 29, 2004 There is an emulator built into the development environment for Smartphone (Embedded Visual C++). But it won't do what you want it to unless it's apps and games that *you wrote*. The emulator will only run Smartphone programs that have been compiled *for the emulator*, not for a real phone. Don't believe there's any Windows Mobile or Smartphone emulator that would emulate the ARM processor as well. That's what you'd need if you wanted to test other people's apps and games on an emulator before installing them to your real phone.
