How to set back "1" as my voice mail in speed-dail

Hi,

Somehow my voice mail is not set to "1", I tried to set it in speed-dial and it didn't work. Saying it's reserved. Also When I try to do it in "setting" -> "phone" -> "phone option", still it did not default it in.

Need help. Thanks.

First, go to 'Shortcuts' and delete whatever you have there for '1'. Then, you should be able to use that slot for a voice mail speed dial.
