Different memory measures

Hi All! I have a question. When i check the remain free memory on the IPSM in the File Manager>System info, it says that i have 9.81MB occupied. but, if i select the IPSM folder and select properties, it says that i have 8.41MB occupied. Which measure i should trust? Also, i want to increase the IPSM memory, so i want to ask you what are the files: cemail.vol, mxip_lang.vol, mxip_initdb.vol, and Synckey.vol.
