You cannot uninstall it, but you can disable it.

Use phone explorer and browse to StoragewindowsStartup

Delete the file named "PhotoID_Start.lnk" and then reboot.

It will not start automatically anymore.

FWIW and speaking of the startup folder, mine also came with a link to cstar in there which, as far as I've been able to figure, is a sort of T9 utility for Chinese. Not being able to speak, read or write Chinese, it's just dead weight AND it interferes with Xbar operation on the phone so I also deleted that shortcut. On the subject of XBar, I've only been able to get version 2.0 to work correctly. Has anyone been able to use anything after 2.0 (such as 2.2)? Later versions run for me, but when I hold the "fire button" down, the xbar window pops up with "waiting..." and disappears as soon as I release the button. Hardly useful. Thanks!

I have that photo contact program now too ... anyone know a way to take the hardcoded softkey on the right from the contacts that comes w/the phone to the cool photo contacts 2.0?
