It's the usual scum seller that give ebay a bad name.

The firmware he is refering to is the old rom image that was stolenleaked from motorola and most of his claims are false.

Most AT&T phones will not suddenly become triband, it will show all the bands in the options but will not actually work.

Also the apps etc can all be found on this site or others like

I do not have the time of day for sellers on ebay like this as they are not doing anything to help the Smartphone community and selling warez and pirate apps will only hinder the development of the smartphone format.
