Does anyone has a voice messages setup problem with Cingular

I somehow cannot receive a prompt from Cincular when someone just leave me a voice message. I have to restart (OFF/ON) my phone and then it will prompt that someone have leave me a message. :cry:

I must have not setup the voice message in my phone properly. I have change the SIM card to my old phone, it it works. So it's not the sccount setup problem. :x

I do need help, please help if you know. Thanks a lot. :?

Hello, i have the same problem! except mine doesnt do it at all when i restart my phone. I cannot recieve text messages (but i can send them just fine). I do not get messages saying i have voicemails either. I have to check, just by calling my voicemail server to see if i have any. very annoying. And ihave serivice with T-Mobile, but my phone keeps saying Cingular. Can anyone help me?? Thanks
