problem with MMS and skin for mpx200

so Hi guys,i've got a very little problem :

when i try to install a skin for my mpx200 the line relative about sms,mms,email don't visualize in correct way.

First of all : i send my mpx200 to assistance for problem with charge and they send me anotherone with update on o.s. now i use the "mms-patch.cab" for visualize in correct way this line with all the skin but with this version of windows it don't work.So can sameone help me? there is onther plugin? i would like to use different skin another time!!!!! please help me!!!!!
